Novena of Saint Michael the Archangel
The Novena to San Miguel Arcángel is an ancient prayer that is carried out for 9 days in a row on behalf of this powerful messenger of God, this is an adaptation of the prayer provided in the book of Father Francisco García, which is entitled: « The Prime Minister of God Saint Michael the Archangel »dating from 1684.

When is the novena of St. Michael the Archangel recited?
This powerful prayer can be used at any time that is desired or that the officiant considers that it is required. Miguel will always feel flattered by this invocation that causes a connection with his energy and serves to request his intervention in any situation of our interest. It is also customary to start this novena precisely 9 days before its annual commemoration, to end it on the day of its celebration, which in some places takes place on September 29 and in others on May 8.
What does it take to pray a novena to Archangel Michael?
According to Catholic customs, it is recommended that before or during the development of the Novena the officiant go to church to make confession and the act of communion, an action that will provide greater preparation for the invocation to be performed.
